Constant examination of the Customer IT infrastructure, granting of recommendations about the necessary events which allow to optimize working capacity of the equipment and Software;

Carrying out preventive works on Customer’s objects, diagnostics of a current technical condition of the equipment, kits and mechanism replacement, working capacity infringement of which is predicted in the nearest future;

Carrying out guarantee and postguarantee reparation of the equipment of such manufacturers, as Wincor Nixdorf, IBM, special design bureau "ISKRA", GRG Banking, Samsung, Bar-M, Kraftway, Hewlett Packard, Asus, Datalogic, MERA and other manufacturers of the cash equipment, computers, terminals of self-service and ATMs on Customer's objects, with export both in our center of maintenance service, and in the authorized service centers of manufacturers;

Providing the temporary equipment for the period of reparation is carrying out;

Installation, working capacity restoration, management of releases of the applied and specialized Software both in a mode of remote access, and with departure on object of the Customer.
