Consulting, development and support of the project

  • Audit of business processes of the customer, gathering and ordering of requirements , objects inspection , preparation of the documentation with the detailed description of business processes;
  • Estimation of business processes of the customer, preparation of recommendations about activity optimization;
  • Development of the detailed planned schedule of the project, calculation of requirement for a manpower, selection of the equipment and Software, the project feasibility report;
  • Planned schedule execution, localization and customization of existing decisions under the needs of the customer, delivery and introduction of the equipment and Software.

Development and modernization of Software

  • Formation of requirements and the technical project, software working out under the technical project of the customer;
  • Completion of the maintained software on request of the customer;
  • Integration of the developed program modules into automation systems, integration of the software of front-office with the back-office software;

                  
Supply and installation of the equipment

  • Carrying out  preselling preparation of the equipment with realization of testing and adjustment applied Software;
  • Realization of equipment  installation  on a place of operation with connection of cable systems and Software installation ;
  • Testing on an installation site and commissioning of the equipment and Software;
  • Presence of the representative of the company during the commissioning of the equipment.

Technical service

  • Examination of an IT infrastructure and granting of recommendations about optimization of working capacity of the equipment and Software;
  • Carrying out preventive works, diagnostics of equipment’s technical condition;
  • Carrying out of guarantee and postguarantee repair; granting  the equipment for the period of repair carrying out;
  • Installation, working capacity restoration, management of software releases.
